I have a degree in Fine Art Printmaking. I started painting seriously when the children left home. I have been working in oil from my own resources. I am interested in strong form, unusual perspectives and I like experimenting with colour. I am inspired by old and weathered objects, close up details and landscape. I take my own photographs of objects and scenes that I am interested in. I then manipulate them to create new compositions.
